About T-353

Welcome to the website of Boy Scout Troop 353, Eastchester, NY!   Our troop was formed on May 1, 1992 and continues to be sponsored by the Eastchester Youth Council.  Although Troop 353 is the only Eastchester-based Boy Scout troop, its members come from a surprisingly large diverse number of other communities, including  Tuckahoe, Bronxville, Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, Crestwood, Scarsdale, Riverdale and other areas of the Bronx.   Our troop meetings are from 6:30pm–8:00pm every Sunday at the Tuckahoe Community Center on Columbus Ave. in Tuckahoe, NY.   Our Troop Calendar has additional meeting and event information.

We provide a diverse and active 12-month scouting program for all boys, including those with special needs, in the sixth through twelfth grades.  Any boy ages 11–17 interested in visiting our weekly troop meeting is welcomed!  If a scout or a parent is interested in visiting or has any questions, please contact the Scoutmaster by using the  LEAVE A REPLY box and clicking the “Submit Comment” box below.

There is a long standing commitment to the Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Bronxville, Mt. Vernon, Crestwood, Yonkers, Bronx & Scarsdale communities to see that all boys and their families can participate in scouting irrespective of any perceived limitations.

    1. Jacob Harris II has submitted registration form for Troop 353. Dawn Niece indicated that she will let you know that Jacob will be attending the meeting this Sunday, October 29th at 6:30pm. I just wanted to confirm that the meeting will take place at the Tuckahoe Community Center on Columbus Avenue.
